Critique
I think that "3 Nights In August" is a very good book. I really liked how he told us about Larussa. I thought it was interesting to see what a manager has to go through for his team. I also like the book because I love the game of baseball. That is how I relate to this book. I have played baseball all of my life. This made it interesting for me to read. I think that Bissinger did a good job of showing some of the stats on the players. The stats can be used to predict what is going to happen in the game. In my opinion the readers can benefit from Robinson's story. It shows the readers that no matter how bad you are doing you can always come back. He shows this by writing about his homerun in game three to help win the game. All in all I think Buzz Bissinger's "3 Nights In August" is a great book.
