TONY LaRUSSA
Tony Larussa is the manager for the St. Louis Cardinals. Larussa is a very strategic coach. In the book it tells us about his index cards. He made these cards before each series of games. His cards would have certain match ups on them. An example of his card would be Karros 8-29-1, Sosa 2-14-1 representing their hits, at bats, and homeruns against his starting pitcher. Larussa knew a lot about the game and gave up a lot for it. His strategy and devotion to the team makes him a very good manager.
